Established in 2005, City Hearts has a mandate to “fully restore those with a history of vulnerability and exploitation”. The organisation supports women with life controlling issues and survivors of Modern Slavery which affects an enormous 40.3 million people, globally. The organisation started out with a single home and has grown from strength to strength from that point on, with thousands of survivors passing through their doors. Their mission is to continue to open homes across the UK and beyond.
This year, City Hearts Aberdeen will be launched with the goal of opening a house in Aberdeen. To help reach this goal, on April 24th City Hearts is hosting a Night of Entertainment to raise some much needed funds! The evening will include performances from singer-songwriter Emma Mitchell and Winner of North-East X Factor and Banchory’s Young Musician of the Year 2015 & 2016, Anna Barton. A 60″ x 48″ painting from Joseph Upton Art will be up for auction and along with a raffle, canapes, and drinks on arrival, it promises to be a fantastic evening, and all for just £5! Please come along to support this truly amazing organisation, and be part of pursuing freedom and restoring lives.
The Night of Entertainment will take place at 7pm, Junction Church, 5 Bon Accord Terrace. Click on the flyer below for more details.
